RPO Cost Models
- Cost-Per-Hire You pay a fixed cost for each hire completed under our RPO programme.
- Cost-Per-Resource You pay a monthly fee for each candidate hired over a specified period, rather than an upfront fixed cost.
- Hybrid - Under this hybrid structure, you pay a fixed fee for each candidate hired alongside a fee for other ancillary services.
